Arcline Systems (“Arcline,” “we”) operates the Arcline platform at app.arclinesystems.app. Contact: support@arclinesystems.app.
Account identity (name, email) via our auth provider; organization membership; mission and planning content you enter; usage and diagnostic telemetry needed to run and secure the Service; and payment-related metadata when you purchase (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
To provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, meter credits, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate product or security notices. We do not sell personal information.
We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, payments, email, and model inference. They process data only to provide services to us under contractual protections.
We retain account and mission data while your organization is active and as needed for security, billing, and legal obligations. You may request account closure via support.
Update profile details in Settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@arclinesystems.app. Notification preference controls are not yet available in-product; product email is limited to account and security messages during beta.
Use of the Service is also governed by the Terms of Service.
